Sometimes, your team just has a bad season. Other times, a team can be really bad that it’s head scratching. And other teams, a team is so bad that it leads to questions and uncovers a scandal underneath, and that’s what today’s episode is about. Travis and Paul Banks of the TheSportsBank.net talk about the 1994-95 Northwestern Basketball team, a team that went 5-22, and how two of their players ended up being arrested for fraud after it was discovered that they were purposefully trying to lose by more points in order to beat the spread for that game. It’s a short podcast, so Paul throws in an extra Northwestern story at the end that you’ll want to listen to.

Additionally, changes are coming to the podcast! Stay tuned and we’ll let you know what’s happening.
