Just take a look at his size. Beach is a big kid. at 6’5” 295 pounds, he is ready to contribute from day one. He was originally committed to Central Florida before being offered by Purdue.

It was stated that his dream offer was Florida. Well, he got that offer and we still beat them out. In the note he wrote above you can tell the school of engineering played a large role in him coming to West Lafayette. So, thank you Purdue for that.
He also was getting buzz from LSU, those are two pretty dominant SEC schools. Those offers show me that he can play from day one.
Not only was the engineering program a vital role in bringing Beach to West Lafayette. He also stated that the “spiritual influence” from Coach Brohm and the staff helped as well. If Coach Brohm loving God & church brings in recruits like this I am all for it.
