#4 Purdue vs. Iowa - Open Thread

Can Purdue bounce back at home?

NCAA Basketball: Purdue at Northwestern David Banks-USA TODAY Sports

Purdue now sits at 4th in the AP Poll, but last in the Big Ten. Oh what a comeback story this will be! From last in the Big Ten to winning the conference. That’s right folks, Purdue just lost that Northwestern game to find some adversity in this season and have a mountain to climb as the season progresses.

Now that the shocking early season Big Ten loss is out of the way it’s time to get back to business. The Hawkeyes are headed to West Lafayette and Mackey Arena to take on our beloved Boilermakers. This will be Purdue’s chance to get things right and rocket their way up the conference standings. Purdue will need to limit their turnovers, hit their free throws, and improve quite a bit on defense versus their performance against Northwestern. Clean those things up and I think Purdue can win this one.
