It’s time for a new Behind the Rails podcast with Kory Sheets. Purdue took care of its business with little resistance on Saturday in Hartford. The 49-0 blowout was historic because it was the first road Purdue shutout in 40 years, all near Kory’s home town.

There wasn't a ton to talk about, but this episode still is able to hit on a few things such as:

  • What it is like to score a touchdown when weaving through an entire defense, a David Bell specialty.
  • Being on the sidelines in the second half of a blowout and cheering on the walk-ons.
  • What was Kory’s rating in NCAA 2007 and did he have the star as the best offensive player?
  • What was it like preparing for a big time opponent in Notre Dame.

We’re getting better at this, and it is a joy to have Kory on board as we work our way through the season. Subscribe and enjoy!
