Greetings and happy Fourth, everyone. I hope you all left out cookies and milk for Captain America, the Steve Rogers or Sam Wilson version (but forget John Walker). I am a little late in getting to today’s player, but it is still 62 days to Purdue football.
Ben Kuhns - So.
Pendleton, IN (Pendleton Heights HS)
6’4”, 295 pounds
Offensive Line
2021 Projection: Reserve
Kuhns is entering his third season in the program as a walk-on offensive lineman and little has been said about his progress toward getting on the field. He comes form a decent program that had the unfortunate circumstance of playing in the same conference as New Palestine, one of the best public school programs in the state. He still had a solid HS career.
Like most walk-ons, his ability to get to the field will be determined in practice. If he continues to put in the work he’ll find his way.
