Big Ten Media Days starts today. I will not be in attendance today because of something called “work”, but tomorrow we’ll be there to get all of the non-information coming from Lucas Oil Stadium. Today let’s meet a player that can help us get back there in December.

Jenkins officially redshirted last season, but did appear in one game. This was after he was a three-star recruit and a decently rated linebacker out of Georgia. In his senior season he had 61 tackles with 7 for loss and 2.5 sacks. He also had an interception and seven fumble recoveries.
Hey, I’ll take any information that promotes turnovers for our defense, as Purdue finished last season completely averse to generating turnovers. Jenkins is probably a reserve this coming season, but he has the size to be able to see the field or maybe even move up front.
