Today’s player had a very Brohm-esque highlight of last season.

Miller was officially a redshirt in 2019, playing in fort games but holding on to his redshirt. Last year he ended up playing in all six games and even starting once. He only had two receptions for 48 yards, but he had one of the most memorable plays of the season when Jeff Brohm actually showed one of the misdirection plays he is known for drawing up. On 4th and 1 from the Northwestern 40 Miller came across the field against the action and caught a short pass. The play was so well designed that he was able to race for a 40 yard TD, blond hair flowing in the wind. As some said, we didn’t know we had Bret Michaels on the team.

Miller should have a larger role in 2021. he has the size to be a solid blocking TE, but also the speed to catch a few passes and make some plays.

Just don’t cut the hair.
