Last year was a rough one for today’s player. He is coming off of injury after a promising true freshman season in 2019. That makes this year a big one for him.
Cam Craig - So.
Dublin, OH (Jerome HS)
6’5”, 305 pounds
Offensive Line
2021 Projection: Possible starter
Craig showed some promise as a true freshman in 2019. He only played in one game, but made a mark by being in the discussion for playing time all season. That is rare for a true freshman offensive lineman. Unfortunately, things did not go to plan last season. He played in the Iowa game, starting at left guard, before getting hurt and missing the rest of the year due to surgery.
If Craig returns to form he can definitely grab one of the starting positions. There is some discussion of him grabbing the open left tackle spot, but he can also play at guard. His versatility is definitely a key component to him getting back on the field.
