Behind the Rails Episode 16: Nebraska Recap

Kory and Travis chat about another Purdue win.

NCAA Football: Purdue at Nebraska Dylan Widger-USA TODAY Sports

Purdue has won its their game away from home in 2021, and a fourth such win would be the first four-road game victory season since 1943. That’s quite an accomplishment for a team coming off of a pair of losing seasons. Winning in Lincoln also feels good because it is quite apparent that it pissed off Cornhusker fans that cannot fathom losing to Purdue, especially three times in four years.

As a result, Kory and Travis have a lot of good to talk about, including:

  • Cam Allen’s big day that earned him Defensive Player of the Week honors.
  • The emergence of King Doerue and an actual running game.
  • How Jackson Anthrop provided a spark by lining up in the backfield.
  • The overall performance of the defense.
  • What was Kory’s job when he was out on the hands team.

As always, we encourage you to like and subscribe, as we’re having a lot of fun this season.
