Purdue’s record away from Ross-Ade Stadium has been surprisingly good so far this year. Yes, part of the reason for the 2-1 road record is that we played at UConn, possibly the worst FBS team in the nation. We didn't. however, play well and win at Iowa. We didn’t exactly play poorly (at least on defense) at Notre Dame. It may not mean anything, and probably doesn't, but it is worth noting.
Purdue can win this game. it can solve its offensive woes against a decent defense, but one that is not as strong as the last three it has face. As long as Aidan O’Connell can avoid the interception bug there is a chance to win today. The defense also has to remain strong against Adrian Martinez, one of the most experienced quarterbacks in the country.
May today be another up hill on the roller coaster that has been this season.
