The defensive line is on it’s third coach in 3 years, yes, George Karlaftis is on his 3rd defensive lien coach since he has been at Purdue.
But, after hiring a young up and coming guy in Terrance Jamison, who left for Illinois, Coach Brohm went back to the Tiller Roots and brought back a name that made many football alumni very happy.
Hagen knows his stuff on the defensive line, helping guys like Ryan Kerrigan, Anthony Spencer (1st round picks), Kawaan Short, Mike Neal (2nd round picks) and Cliff Avril (3rd Round) be selected in the NFL Draft.
Coach Brohm had this to say about Coach Hagen
I for one am very excited to see Coach Hagen back at Purdue - he will have that defensive line ready to go every single Saturday.
Now, we wait for the defensive Coordinator announcement. Boiler Up.
