2020 Prediction: Starting Kicker

Thoughts: J.D. Dellinger is on pace to go down as one of the most efficient kickers in the history of the school. During Brohm’s first year, he took a redshirt as we brought in another kicker to allow J.D. to develop a bit more.

It has paid off, last season, J.D. was 13-16 on field goals, 40 of his 59 kickoffs went for touch backs and was 35 of 35 on PATS.

Last Season he was tied for the 4th most efficient kicking season in Purdue Football History with hitting 81.4% of his field goals.

J.D. has gotten so much better, I expect him to be signed as an Undrafted Free Agent to the NFL, and get a shot in rookie camps, as long as he has another great season in 2020.
