Purdue finally knows the kickoff time of their last regular season game. After a long delay the Big Ten Conference finally announced that Saturday’s game against the suddenly stout Indiana Hoosiers will take place at 3:30 PM on the Big Ten Network.

Look, we all know how I feel about IU at this point. If you don’t, where have you been? That being said, this is not going to be an easy game for Purdue. IU just beat Wisconsin. A team that Purdue hasn’t taken down since roughly the Carter administration (that’s hyperbole but admit it, you had to look it up.). I just don’t see this going well for our beloved Boilermakers.

As this game is in Bloomington this year it actually works out in Purdue’s favor that there are no fans. Oddly enough were this a regular season I would expect quite the raucous and intimidating crowd in Bloomington. IU is building something down south and quite frankly I don’t like it. 2020 has been a hell of a year.

Regardless, we now know that Jeff Brohm faces perhaps his toughest challenge of the season on Saturday at 3:30. Let’s hope we get gun-slinger Jeff Brohm because it may be the only shot this Purdue team has of pulling of the upset.
