#4 has made it official.
The speedster slot receiver is headed to the league - officially this time.
Not only is headed to become a pro and most likely a first or second round pick. He also graduated from Purdue in 2.5 years, a rare feat.
Here is an analysis of Rondale from thedraftnetwork.com :
ROS (+): RAC King! Moore runs like a running back with the ball in his hands — he’s a human joystick built so low to the ground that he’ll effortlessly absorb body blows and continue his progress up the field. Impatient tacklers will get left grasping air and he’s got zero to sixty acceleration that comes in the blink of an eye. Gadget player floor with an explosive receiving threat ceiling, Moore offers the short area quickness, small surface area and explosiveness to slip press coverage at the line of scrimmage and attack the defense on all three levels, including (but not limited to) the screen game, crossing patterns, deep developing routes and whip routes in the shallows. CONS: (—): Size will be a hangup for some, he’s not a “traditional build” for the wide receiver position and durability questions will linger until Moore is able to disprove them with a full season of play on the field. Moore missed the final 8 games of the 2019 season with a hamstring issues — like an exotic car, Moore’s play style and speed doesn’t lend well to a lame wheel; lower body nicks and bumps could offset his impact more so than some other players. His lack of stature can show up in contested situations and against tight coverage, too — although his movement skills will allow him to shake free from the competition on a regular basis and provide an easy target for his quarterback.
Pro Football Focus has Rondale going 29th Overall to the New Orleans Saints - where he may be able to pair up with fellow Boilermaker Great, Drew Brees for his final season. New Orleans has playmakers all over, but lack a slot wide receiver.
CBS Sports has the same pick, with Rondale going 29th overall to the Saints.
Wherever you look, he appears in the 1st or 2nd round.
Best of luck, Rondale!
