All Time Series: 0-1

Last Purdue Win: Never

Last Rutgers Win: 2017, 12 to 14

Head Coach: Greg Schiano

Rutgers Offense: They rely on their run game, which is not overly effective either. The Quarterback likes to make plays with his legs when pass protection breaks down, which is quite honestly, his best trait. Noah Vedral has as many interceptions as he has touchdowns through 4 games, 8.

Nothing truly terrifies me. Like Minnesota had Ibrahim and Bateman. Rutgers does not have anyone of that level of talent on the offensive side of the ball. They do score 29 PPG.

Rutgers Defense: Similar to their offense, there just are not a lot of game changers on this side of the ball either. They are allowing 37 PPG and teams have been able to run the ball on them as well as throw, so it is kind of up to us. I would love to see us establish the run and just control the clock. Their defense ranks 108th in the nation.

Game Outlook: I think this is a game we can control early and often. Maybe we will see a commitment to the run. In our two wins we have had over 100 yards rushing. In our 2 losses we have been under 100 yards rushing.

I think jack Plummer gets the nod after a great game last week. Rondale and David will do what they want against an underachieving secondary. Not having George Karlaftis rushing off the edge will hurt us in pass scenarios, but in the run game I think we should be okay. We will need a big game from Lo Neal.

Way too early prediction:
