A couple of days ago it was announced Purdue Basketball would start practice a week late after a member of the team, whether it was staff or player tested positive for COVID-19.
Well, it was released this morning that the test was a False Positive.
Purdue will start practice today for the 20-21 season after initially expecting a one-week delay due to COVID-19, per release. Multiple original inconclusive tests came back negative.— Jon Rothstein (@JonRothstein) October 15, 2020
This gives Purdue the green light to go ahead and resume basketball activities and officially start practices for the 2020-2021 season.
We win this time COVID!
