From Jeff Brohm's post-scrimmage presser: WR Jackson Anthrop out, maybe until midseason. Shoulder injury. Already had surgery
— mike carmin (@carmin_jc) October 10, 2020
It appears that local 5th year senior, Jackson Anthrop is out until at least mid season with a shoulder injury.
Jackson who was slated to be the starting slot wide receiver until Rondale Moore announced he was coming back, will miss half of his senior season.
But, with the NCAA and the 2020 Covid rules, he technically could come back for year 6 in 2021 regardless.
Luckily, we have Rondale Moore coming back, as well as redshirt freshman T.J. Sheffield to hold down the slot receiver spot while Jackson recovers.
Get healthy soon, Jackson!
