I will let Jadakiss introduce this piece:
Your DEFENDING Big Ten Men’s Basketball champions (and yes, it should be three-time defending champions) now know their path to a record 25th Big Ten Men’s Basketball regular season championship. With a brand new Big Ten Champs banner in the rafters of Mackey Arena the path comes through us, and it will be in front of a sold out Mackey Arena every night:
Purdue has SOLD OUT season tickets for the 2019-20 college basketball season, per release.

Being 63-4 at home over the last four seasons (and all four losses were extremely close) certainly helps win titles.

Overall this is not bad. Michigan State is favored to repeat as Big Ten champs and we only get them once: at Mackey, no less. The Nebraska-Ohio two road games in three days could be a little tricky in December, but the December games are not terrible. The toughest three-game stretch is early with at Michigan-Michigan State-at Maryland in a span of nine days. Win two of those and we’re in great shape.
The season tips off in 74 days.
