Sullivan reminds me a lot of David Bell.

A smooth route runner, gets in and out of his cuts with ease and solid ball skills. No one should be expected to come in and produce like David Bell did this past season, but you never know.

At 88 Composite ranking by 247, Collin is just short of being a 4* recruit by 247. Nationally, he is the 76th rated wide receiver and a top 450 prospect.

Collin brings more size to the Purdue Receiving Group, which has grown in height over the past two season. He has plenty of wide receivers to compete with early on, but Sullivan will be up for the challenge and may see the field early on in his Purdue Career.
