A home loss means no top 25.

Purdue will have to earn its way back into the top 25 after Saturday’s four-point home loss to Texas. The Longhorns didn’t quit take Purdue’s spot, but the Boilers did fall into the dreaded “Others Receiving Votes” category.

Florida State impressed with a road win at Florida, as did Texas at Purdue. As you can see, Purdue has plenty of chances for big non-conference wins starting at Marquette on Wednesday night.
