We received some good news tonight if you were listening to Jeff Brohm’s radio show. Coach Brohm was able to give an update on sophomore receiver Rondale Moore, and it was a somewhat good one:
Jeff Brohm on his weekly radio show says that Rondale Moore is not out for the season, but there’s no timetable for his return - said it’s week-to-week.

(So, good that it’s not terrible, but bad that there’s no real clarity to when he’s coming back.)
So it is really the the 3.6 rads of updates: not great, but not terrible. Moore is obviously out this week, but we can expect to hang on updates every week going forward like we have been for Tario Fuller, Richie Worship, and Lorenzo Neal.
In the meantime we will see more of Jackson Anthrop and TJ Sheffield in the slot. Anthrop has 10 receptions for 113 yards and a touchdown this season, already ahead of last year’s 8 receptions for 54 yards. He had 47 receptions for 423 yards and 5 TDs in 2017. Sheffield had 2 catches for 12 yards last week and returned 2 kickoffs for 30 yards. Both are solid players, but they are not Rondale.
