Dre Davis, out of Lawrence Central High School in nearby Indianapolis is getting a ton of buzz again.

Earlier this week, he chose to decommit from Nebrasaka and re-open his recruitment. This is late in the game for Dre and it appears that he is trying to find his next home fast.

Dre is a class of 2020 prospect, meaning this is his senior year in high school and his senior basketball season is right around the corner.

Being ranked the 110th best prospect in the nation, he decomittment has garnered a lot of attention. It only took Coach Painter and his staff 2 days to do an in home visit with Dre.

The 6-6, 175 pound do it all forward would be a great addition to the 2020 class. He would join fellow 4 Star Guards, Ethan Morton and Jaden Ivey for this class.

Purdue showed itself on a national stage last season, going toe to toe with eventual champions, Virginia. This has only helped with recruiting in West Lafayette.

Dre is a long, athletic 3 man who would be a solid fit at Purdue. His ability to cut to the basket, as well as shoot the three would go a long way.

It appears that Louisville is going to be in the mix as well.

Dre would make a great addition to this class and would very much round out a solid 3 man class.
