Fresh off another bowl appearance, Purdue is showing further commitment to the Football Program.
Purdue, whose home football attendance has grown nearly 50% (34,451 to 51,120) from 2016 to 2018 (which is the nation’s best increase on % basis); has hired @ElevateSV to conduct fan-centric study of Purdue fans to create strategy for massive renovation to stadium.

The commitment started to show with multi-million complex that was built when Jeff Brohm arrived, approved my Athletic Director, Mike Bobinski. Then, after year one of the Jeff Brohm era, Coach Brohm and his staff got a pay raise plus an extension.
Now, after persuading Coach Brohm to stay in West Lafayette instead of going home to his Alma Mater and hometown, Purdue is showing further commitment. Per Darren Rovell, Purdue Athletic Department has hired Elevate Sports to conduct a fan study to determine what should be done at Ross-Ade Stadium.
In recent years, Purdue has made the patio, after taking down the south end zone, which was needed, it is now best called the “Beer Garden”. There have been talks of a new scoreboard, a digital banner to surround the stadium and much more.
Ross-Ade, which was erected in 1924, has many needs. Within the past 15 years, the bathrooms and concourse area were updated and now are some of the nicest in the B1G. What does Ross-Ade need? Well, it needs a ton done.
Bleacher Seats could be updated, a new sound system, new video board, turf (I would love), a ring of honor to commemorate our famous Boilers, etc. There is so much that could be done.
Ross-Ade has been in dire need of this for years. Now, with Mackey Arena getting a face lift, it needs to get done. Purdue has shown a commitment to the staff and players, now they need to further this by giving the fans the best game day experience that can possibly be accomplished.
What do you think needs to be done? Drop those ideas in the comments!
