After going undrafted and playing with the Utah Jazz’s Summer League team, former Purdue center, Isaac Haas, received an invite to attend training camp with the Utah Jazz earlier this month. After a few days, it seems like the Jazz are set to sign Haas:

Jazz signed Isaac Haas. He’ll be waived and go to the Stars, though.

As the previous tweet mentions, Haas will be heading to Utah’s G-League team, the Salt Lake City Stars (not the Dallas Stars as I first thought for a few seconds). By signing with the Jazz, Haas can still get the guaranteed salary before signing with a G-League team. It seems like things are working out for him in Utah. He played four games in the Summer League, scoring a total of 15 points, and earning 19 rebounds, four steals, and 3 blocks.
