We almost missed it today, but with the wealth of commitments and other stories today the countdown post went on the back burner. Fortunately, it is still June 15th on the east coast, so we’re 76 days away from Purdue Football. That means another promising player.
Mark Stickford - Fr. (RS)

Offensive Tackle
2018 Projection: Reserve at Offensive Tackle
Stickford is one of the players I am really excited about. He was a state champion at Carmel high school his senior year, as they went 10-4 and won the Class 6A title in overtime. This included reversing regular season losses to Hamilton Southeastern and Center Grove in the state tournament.
Stickford is coming out of redshirt and has all the makings of a solid tackle in the Brohmfense. This coming season I think he can be a top reserve. Grant Hermanns has the left tackle spot on lockdown, hopefully for the next three seasons. Stickford can hopefully be a top reserve on the right side and move into a starter’s role eventually.
