It takes a lot for a linebacker to play as a true freshman in this conference, and even more for him to be successful. That is why I am glad I was able to steal my next pick to complete my linebacking trio.
Tobias Larry - Linebacker
Last year coach Holt had the foresight to see he was losing three of his best linebackers, so he played three true freshmen to give them experience for this season. Among them, Tobias Larry had some of the most success. He was a special teams stalwart with 10 tackles. Now he is expected to provide depth on the outside.
Larry is listed at 6’1”, 220 pounds in last season’s guide. He has likely bulked up in the offseason, making him an intriguing option on the outside. With Markus Bailey moving inside and the two outside spots being open I think larry is a great option to plug that hole.
