It’s baseball time!
Purdue is taking on Houston tonight in the NCAA Tournament at the Chapel Hill Regional. At stake for the winner is a matchup with North Carolina tomorrow night at 7pm in the winner’s bracket. The loser will have a long road to win the regional of 4 wins in 3 days. That journey would start tomorrow at 2pm against North Carolina A&T.
Purdue is also looking to improve on its 1-4 all-time NCAA Tournament record.

Tonight Tanner Andrews (7-4, 2.71 ERA) will face off against Houston’s Aaron Fletcher (6-3, 2.43 ERA) or Trey Cumbie (7-3, 3.44 ERA). It is a matter of facing the 2018 AAC Pitcher of the Year (Fletcher) or the 2017 AAC Pitcher of the Year (Cumbie).
