Draft Prediction: Hunte had a good pro day in some areas and in other areas he was below average. At his size, he needed to run a good 40 yard dash at the pro day, but he ran a 4.62, which is not great for cornerback. The three year starter was solid for us all three years, but there were times when he would get beat deep. His broad jump was 9’10” which shows he is explosive. His vertical was at 35.5” as well, which is really good.
My heart wants him to be drafted, as I know he is talented. But, I see him going undrafted and getting signed for a rookie camp tryout. Best of luck, Da’Wan!
