Purdue Basketball: We Have the Based God’s Blessing

NCAA Basketball: NCAA Tournament-First Round: Purdue Boilermakers vs. Cal State Fullerton Titans Raj Mehta-USA TODAY Sports

There was breaking news on Friday, with Isaac Haas being ruled out the rest of the tournament.

The around 1:30 AM Saturday morning, our luck began to look up.

I am not sure what the hell this means, but by the responses on Twitter, this is a really good thing.

It appears as if the Based God either grants good will on teams or puts a curse on them.

With this blessing, there were then murmurs later in the day that Isaac Haas may play - as he practiced with the team with a JJ Watt type of brace. It is still unclear if he will get any playing time, but the Based God provided us with a moment of excitement.

Later on, Vincent Edwards gave a shout out to the Based God, which was recognized by our fearless leader, Lil B.

With the Based God on our side, anything is possible.

Step two starts in a few hours against in state opponent the Butler Bulldogs. Enjoy some more Based God Tweets:

Thank you, Based God, Boiler Up!
