Purdue Basketball: Latest Bracketology

ESPN still likes us.

After last night’s loss, there are mixed emotions across the Purdue fan base.

This morning, senior writer Joe Lunardi, famous for his ESPN Bracketology, still has Purdue as the number 1 seed in the Midwest.

Lunardi has us slated with a potential rematch against Louisville in round 2. In the same bracket as us, is Duke. Duke has all of the one and done - first round talent in the world, but they have shown to have some weaknesses as well.

There is also potential to play Arizona in the Sweet 16 - a team Purdue once beat in the 7th place game in the Battle 4 Atlantis back in November.

A lot can happen between now and selection Sunday, but as of now - bracketology still has us as one seed in the midwest, something we as Purdue fans has wanted since the start of the season.
