Earlier today we announced the SB Nation all-conference teams, but since we are not the law of the land we had to wait until now to release the official all-Big Ten teams. They were officially released today on BTN at 5pm and Purdue was able to clean house.

The conference clearly believes in Jae’Sean Tate more than SB Nation, as he was a second team selection and barely got a mention by any of our SB Nation bloggers. The coaches also put James Palmer Jr. on the First Team in place of Ethan Happ, where we had him. The media First Team was pretty much the same as ours.
In terms of Purdue guys, Carsen Edwards was a First Team selection by coaches and media, Vince Edwards was Second Team, Isaac Haas was Third Team, and Dakota Mathias was honorable mention. Dakota was also on the all-Defensive Team and P.J. Thompson was the sportsmanship award winner.
