Eric Hunter ended his senior season at Tindley by blowing out Indiana School of the Deaf. Tindley is a 1A school in Indianapolis that plays many 3A and 4A programs, they have beaten teams this year such as Fort Wayne Snider.
Hunter is in the top 10 of scoring in the state of Indiana history. I believe he currently ranks 9th all time.
I would think 9th place is a done deal tonight pic.twitter.com/b7iznyiEHL

Purdue Fan on Twitter does a great job of keeping up to date on incoming recruits, I suggest you give him a follow.
Hunter will fit in nicely with this team next season. We are in need of guards and a combo guard is perfect. Coach Painter wants to recruit one shooter per class, Eric Hunter is that and more.
Hunter can shoot and he can get to the bucket. He can also play defense, in my eyes, he and incoming 2019 recruit Isaiah Thompson are a lot alike. Both, combo guards - both similar to Carsen Edwards, but slimmer.
Maybe Carsen changed Painter’s way of recruiting, trying to get combo guards on the roster.
Either way, we welcome Eric Hunter and his ability to do a 360 dunk.
