Impact: Coach Brohm continues to recruit offensive lineman that are athletic and long.
He prefers to recruit OL that have a high ceiling. He brings them in develops them, builds their frame until they are ready to play. This has been highlighted with the last two classes, where we were all over the transfer market while the young guys redshirt and develop.
Cam Craig is another one of those players. Purdue went to Ohio to snag him from MAC level offers. But, I do not worry about players who commit to us with only MAC school offers anymore, as Coach Brohm can actually develop players through his system.
Cam will be a redshirt candidate next year, to work on his frame, get in the weight room and learn the system. He will be a solid offensive tackle, as he has solid feet and moves well already. Coach Brohm will just mold him, right now, he is a lump of clay in the staff’s eyes.
