It wouldn’t be Purdue vs. Davidson if the Wildcats didn’t have a superb scorer to throw at us. Jon Axel Gudmundsson had 33 points last night in Davidson’s 57-53 win over Wichita State.It was his three-pointer that broke a 50-50 tie with just under a minute left and gave the Wildcats control.
Of course, the last time Purdue and Davidson met they had some guy named Steph Curry and we managed to do alright against him. We also have Carsen Edwards on our side.
