Okay, so we didn’t get Gameday on campus this week. It is headed to Washington State for Wazzu-Oregon on Saturday night. We do get a feature during the program itself, however, as Purdue’s Tyler Trent completed filming with Tom Rinaldi for a segment that will air during the programming:
Just finished up filming with @LStowell, Tom Rinaldi and the amazing @CollegeGameDay crew! Make sure to tune into @espn next Saturday! pic.twitter.com/nokJjfVvtQ

Tyler continues to battle osteosarcoma for the third time and is an extraordinary young man. His faith and determination continue to be an inspiration as exhibits what it means to serve others with his humility. He has stated that he hopes to be feeling well enough to attend Saturday night’s game against the Buckeyes, and should Purdue pull off the stunner he has people willing to help him rush the field:
@theTylerTrent Let me know where you’re sitting for OSU game. I want to be the first person to offer to help you rush the field after we beat THE Ohio State for the 5th time this millennium

I don’t know bout you, but if we pull off this amazing upset and get to see Tyler crowdsurfing on the field in his wheelchair it would be the happiest moment in Ross-Ade history. I hope Purdue Sports Turf Management can take care of the grass after the flood of tears this sight would cause.
