Caleb Swanigan is tearing up the Summer League, and we are all witnesses. Swanigan has been one of the most impressive players in the 24-team Las Vegas Summer League, as he is averaging a double-double and has Portland fans hungry for more. The Trail Blazers are 5-2 and have reached the championship, where they will play the Los Angeles Lakers.

The title game will be on tonight at 10pm on ESPN. The Lakers and blazer defeated previously unbeaten Memphis and Dallas, respectively, in the semifinals to make it this far. The Lakers have been led by Lonzo Ball who, according to his father, is the greatest basketball in the history of human existence. ESPN has been more worried about what shoe he is wearing, but he averaging 16.3 points, 7.7 rebounds, and 9.3 assists per game. He has been the best assists generator in the summer league, while Caleb is second in rebounding at 10.4 boards per game.

It should be a solid game tonight. Yes, it is only the summer league, but Swanigan has turned heads so far and has a real shot at being summer league MVP with a Portland win.
