Coach Brohm got his 3rd commit in as many days. Kadin Smith, a recruit of of Taylorsville, Kentucky, tweeted this afternoon.
Smith is a 6’, 190 Pound Safety. Currently, none of the scouting services has him ranked, but many 2* and 3* guys go unranked until they decide to commit. Look for him to be ranked a high2* low 3* type kid.
In his HUDL highlight tape from his junior year. Kadin shows great closing speed, ability to tackle and solid ball skills. All skills that the new staff has preached that they want in defensive players they are recruiting. While 6’, 190 Pounds is more a size for a corner, you cannot teach ball skills in the open field, Kadin’s ball skills as a free safety are really good.
Welcome to West Lafayette, Indiana, Kadin. You are now a part of the family! Boiler Up!
