Eden is going to finish his summer classes for June before enrolling here in West Lafayette in July. A lot of the incoming players are planning to move in within the coming days to prepare themselves for the summer workouts that are on the horizon.
Ewing will be an incoming Junior. I believe that he will help lessen the blow of losing Caleb Swanigan. Ideally, Ewing will play the 4 coming off the bench and in small ball situations he could see some time at the 5. This would give us a line-up of positionless basketball, as Eden has the ability to stretch it to 15-18 feet consistently and he was pretty solid from 3 this past year as well.
He is ranked as one of the highest JuCo recruits. I am looking forward to having him on campus, he won’t fill the entire hole Biggie has left, but no one can really. Eden and Jacquil Taylor are the only juniors on the roster, we will need both of them to contribute to have depth in the front court.
