I believe Nathan Baird was the first to report this today, after the Pacers workout, as he got to listen to Biggie talk after his workouts.
#Purdue's Caleb Swanigan said he is working out with @BrooklynNets on Thursday and @OrlandoMagic on May 22, two days before deadline.

Please. Don’t. Go. To. These. Hell. Holes.
The Nets and the Magic are a mess. A hot mess.
The Nets sold their future away a few years back when they traded a million picks for KG and Paul Pierce. The Magic have been bad ever since they decided to try and resign Dwight Howard in a contract year, instead of trading to get assets out of him.
These two franchises are a complete mess. I am afraid he would go to either of these places and would be an NBA burnout, as they will just continue to turnover their rosters, year in and year out.
Nathan also tweeted this today.
Also said he had sit-downs with 25 teams last week at NBA Draft Combine. https://t.co/hUHYwcdf9w

So, it seems about every single team has at least talked to Biggie. People are interested, but every Mock Draft I read has him falling further and further down the board. NBADraft.Net has him at 43 to Houston currently, and generally they are pretty accurate.
I made this point in the comments earlier, people do not think that Caleb can improve his draft stock. I think you are wrong. My comparison is Frank Kaminsky.
While his Junior year wasn’t nearly as dominate as Biggie this year, he averaged 14 points per game and 7 rebounds per game, on a great Wisconsin team. He wasn’t on most of the Mock Drafts that year.
He came back for his senior year, got better, fixed his holes, became a lottery pick in 2015.
Currently, Biggie’s biggest issue is speed and agility. His inability to defend the pick and roll defense is his biggest issue. If he comes back, and improves that, then dominates offensively again, who is to say he cannot do the same?
I am not sure what Biggie is thinking, but I would love to have him back.
