It is not a surprise, but Purdue center Isaac Haas has joined Caleb Swanigan and Vince Edwards in declaring for the NBA Draft.
#Purdue's Isaac Haas has declared for the NBA Draft, but WILL NOT hire an agent.

This is not a big surprise and it seems very likely Haas will return for his senior season along with Edwards. Both seem to be entering so they can go through the evaluation aspect of the process and learn what they need to work on before their final year on campus.
For Haas, he unfortunately is a big man in a game that is trending away from traditional centers. Sure, you can’t teach 7’2” and nearly 300 pounds, but the game, and especially the NBA, seems to be going away from that. If and when he ends up in the NBA he is part of a dying breed of old school lumbering centers that clog the lane and don’t stretch the floor.
As mentioned, he has until May 24th to return to school.
