Eli Ball hits that mark of long and tall athletic defensive back that Nick Holt wants on defense. This is a theme with this defensive back class. Some claim that the corner headed to Iowa is the best corner in Indianapolis.
I disagree.
Ball is better. Time will prove me right too. Elijah is one of the prospects I am most excited for. We lose both of our starting corners this year, do not be surprised if he comes in and steals a starting spot. His competitive edge is second to none.
I got the chance to watch him play in the state championship game. While it wasn’t much of a game, the ball rarely came to his side of the field, they knew better. #Ballisland is a real thing.
Take a look at his highlights.
Welcome aboard, Eli. Boiler Up!
