Impact: Evan is going to be headed to a redshirt year and there is nothing wrong with that at all.
He has Markell Jones, DJ Knox, Brian Lankford-Johnson, Richie Worship and Tario Fuller all ahead of him. Those are all backs that could start for the majority of college football teams in America.
Evan is an under recruited stud out of Georgia. He didn’t play on an overly successful team at Collins Hill. But, after 2 running backs decommitting, we HAD to get a running back for this class. While we have a plethora of backs, they are getting older. Markell and Knox are both seniors mow BLJ, Richie and Tario will all be juniors.
Evan shows both great speed and power. He was not a sought after recruit, but Coach Brohm and Coach Barclay found a diamond in the rough here. I think he can have an impact in a couple of years.
