After another win Purdue now has six victories agaisnt teams in the top 60 of the KenPom rankings. No one else in the country has more than four. We came close to gaining ground in the traditional polls with Gonzaga, Kansas, and Xavier all pulling of late wins to avoid huge upsets to North Dakota, Nebraska, and East Tennessee State, respectively.
Purdue continues to play great basketball and is in the top 10 of most computer polls. We’ll also likely be 15-2 headed to Michigan in January. Will it be enough to be in the top 10 by then? We’ll see. Here is this week’s AP Poll.
