What a win yesterday. Just a big step forward that sets up a huge opportunity for the entire program. Beating Indiana to recover the Bucket and reach a low bowl is not going to be the end-all, be-all of the program because we should strive for more. What it is, is a step forward.
But that is in six days. For now, let’s review this solid win over the Hawkeyes thanks to Elijah Sindelar, Anthony Mahoungou, Antoine Miles, and the rest of the Purdue defense.
this is very surreal. lots of emotions. huge thanks to @UIchildrens for allowing me to visit. @carmin_jc #Boilerup pic.twitter.com/LvtplQK6uJ

I guarantee you that Purdue gets a win today!

(probably in basketball)
that was not The Right Time for Amani Jones to commit a roughing penalty.

"Jeff Brohm is an offensive coach with a defensive mind." -Matt Millen, who has apparently never seen a Jeff Brohm team.

Touchdown Purdue. And Kirk Ferentz's notepad is on fire from that roughing the punter penalty.

Just like they scripted. Roughing and everything.
— Paul Sonnefeldt (@PaulSonnefeldt) November 18, 2017
#Iowa flagged roughing the #Purdue punter (a war crime in the #B1G), loses one-handed INT magic, allows TD. 7-0

This is a killer tweet. https://t.co/XCQxvsfXGn

It's not often that the second drive of the game is crucial, but I don't see how Iowa makes up a 14-point deficit in just three quarters.
— Go Iowa Awesome (@IowaAwesome) November 18, 2017
So basically as of right now we’re 38 points better than THE Ohio State?

Crowd waving to Iowa's Children's Hospital. #Purdue players, coaches taking part

@HammerAndRails there are special things and moments in life. The wave at the end of the 1st in Iowa is truly something that sends chills down the spine. God bless

That punt though. It was winning.

Can we start a similar (although completely differently toned) tradition at Ross-Ade where we turn towards Bloomington and wave our middle fingers?

SAFETY DANCE

IT'S 7-2 pic.twitter.com/Xcoqa1zmNl
A broken condom continues to offer more protection than Purdue's offensive line.

Mahoungou is the only Frenchman that hasn't stayed neutral

Jeff Brohm: We’re going to make this a fun offensive football team that wins shootouts.
— Breezy (@OV_Breezy) November 18, 2017
Nick Holt: Hold my beer.
you misspelled pay raise. It's spelled "drink named after him at Harry's."
— Ben Carnahan (@bencarnahan) November 18, 2017
3 big plays in our punt game - Roughing the punter lead to a td. 68 yd punt to switch the field. Now the fumbled punt near the red zone.
— Nolan (@nolanfr12) November 18, 2017
What does Purdue win when they beat their most hated rival? Iowa wins another week of angst but not clear on Purdue's prize.
— The Daily Gopher (@TheDailyGopher) November 18, 2017
Purdue recovers the onside kick and that's gonna do it. Drink your bleach responsibly, folks
— BlackHeartGoldPants (@BHGP) November 18, 2017
Wowza.

Purdue is one game away from going to a bowl game.
LET ME REPEAT
PURDUE IS ONE GAME AWAY FROM GOING TO A BOWL GAME.
God i hope we tear the Hoosiers a new one. Also, i cannot wait for Handsome Hour. @BoiledSports
