Coach Boo flipped a local athlete from playing for IU to now playing for our hometown Boilermakers.
KC Clapper, a Junior from Frontier Junior-Senior High School, flipped her commitment via Twitter last night.
I have decided to decommit from Indiana Univ. However, I am excited to announce my commitment to Purdue Univ. to continue my softball career pic.twitter.com/9AOggyzHRr

Over her two year high school career, KC has been a standout. She helped Frontier to a State Runner-Up performance her freshman year and was a leader on a team that went to regionals last year as a sophomore.
Here are some of KC’s career stats:
Games Played: 60
Batting Average: .468
RBI’s: 87
Hits: 95
Home runs: 16
KC is not only a great softball player, she is a great person in general. I had the privilege of teaching her at Frontier Junior-Senior High School last year. KC is an outstanding person for any program that she is involved with, Coach Boo got a great one here.
Welcome aboard, KC. Boiler Up!
