Awards from this past weekend's Big Ten Indoor Track & Field Championships are being announced this afternoon, and Purdue is taking home four individual awards after a big weekend.
First, the women's team came up just short of winning the conference. They earned 102 points to finish second behind Michigan's 109. On the men's side of things Purdue entered as the highest ranked team nationally, but a series of injuries led to a disappointing 12th place finish. Overall the teams broke five school records and won multiple individual championships.
