The sophomore grabs his second such honor this season.

Biggie, Biggie, Biggie, can’t you see? You are the Player of the Week.

Caleb Swanigan has earned his second Big Ten Player of the Week award, joining Iowa’s Peter Jok as the only two-time winners so far. I have a feeling it will not be his last one, either, as he is playing a lot like a Player of the Year candidate.

Purdue only played once, but Biggie was dominant with 26 points, 10 rebounds, and four blocked shots as Purdue beat Notre Dame for the first time in 50 years. It was also Purdue’s first ever win in the Crossroads Classic.

Mike Watkins of Penn State won the Freshman of the Week award, so we don’t get a sweep, but at least this time Biggie gets the award to himself. Last time he had to share it with Melo Trimble of Maryland.

I guess its why they broke and you’re so paid, y’all.
