The Purdue frontcourt is widely regarded as the best in America, and we now have proof. On Wednesday Vince Edwards was nominated for the Julius Erving award given to the nation’s best small forward. Yesterday it was Caleb Swanigan’s turn, as he was nominated for the Karl Malone award given to the nation’s best power forward. Today Isaac Haas makes it a sweep as he was one of 20 players named to the Kareem Abdul-Jabbar Award given to the nation’s best center.
