Who wants to meet a walk-on linebacker? I know you do!

Evan Pulliam - Jr. (RS)

Indianapolis, Indiana (Cathedral HS)

6'2", 217 pounds

Linebacker

2015 Projection: Special Teams Contributor

Pulliam spent his first season on campus as a practice player and a redshirt in 2012. He comes from state powerhouse Cathedral, which has won five straight state titles and 12 overall. Three of those titles came in Pulliam's four years as a member of the team in 2008, 2010, and 2011. As a result, Cathedral is now playing two full classes up in Class 6A.

In Pulliam's final year Cathedral went 12-3 in winning the championship. Losing to Ben Davis, Warren Central, and a Louisville Trinity team that now has sent multiple players to Purdue in Dalyn Dawkins, Jesse Schmitt, and Joey Warburg. Pulliam had some decent regular season stats for Cathedral, including eight quarterback sacks.

Pulliam might make more of an impact this year on special teams, where he managed to play five games last year. In that time he made a single tackle, so keep an eye out for him on punt and kick teams.
