When Gelen Robinson got into trouble, again, this off-season Darrell Hazell announced that Robinson would be suspended for an indeterminate number of games. The specific number of games would depend on Robinson's behavior in the meantime and if he met certain benchmarks the program has set for him. Yesterday after practice Hazell announced Robinson's final suspension.

Two games. It's two games. I just wanted you to have to scroll all the way down. Robinson will return to Purdue during the Virginia Tech game. Purdue will only be without the services of Robinson for the Marshall and Indiana State games. This is excellent news. It's honestly the best news Purdue could have hoped for in this circumstance. On a more personal note it seems that Robinson has learned his lesson and is trying to get things back in order in his personal life. For his sake I hope that's the case because the guy has plenty of potential to make a lot of money in the future. This could be a defining moment in his future. For Purdue's sake I truly hope so.
